JORDAN WHITE
CO-FOUNDER

As a co-founder and principal litigation attorney at White & Eldemire, PLLC, Jordan brings over nine years of litigation experience from a prominent Southeast regional law firm to our practice, specializing in navigating complex disputes whether personal or business-related.

Jordan’s path to law was unconventional. Growing up in rural Kentucky in a large family with limited financial resources, higher education seemed beyond reach. However, a baseball scholarship, which led to an All-American collegiate career, changed his trajectory. This background not only taught Jordan the value of hard work and determination but also instilled a deep sense of responsibility to serve those in need, guiding his approach to both life and law.

ABOUT JORDAN

CO-FOUNDER

Since earning his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2015, graduating magna cum laude, Jordan has represented individuals and businesses, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in jury trials and arbitrations in a variety of business, commercial, and real property disputes. Jordan has been recognized as “One to Watch” in Commercial Litigation by Best Lawyers® in 2022 through 2024, and he has been named a Kentucky Super Lawyers® Rising Star from 2018 through 2025. Jordan is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Indiana.

At heart, Jordan is a trial lawyer and a problem solver. His professional journey is characterized by an understanding of the intricacies, expenses, and stress of litigation, backed by a proven track record of resolute advocacy. Jordan’s clients often describe him as a compassionate individual who doesn’t shy away from becoming a tenacious litigator when the situation demands. Jordan believes in a flexible approach to litigation, business, and life: not every problem is a nail to be hammered, and Jordan’s strength lies in reading situations and people accurately, allowing him to advise clients effectively towards achieving optimal outcomes. One thing that never waivers is Jordan’s commitment to integrity and excellence.

Beyond the courtroom, odds are that Jordan is spending time with his wonderful wife, Grace, and his two boys, Jackson and Cooper. In his “free” time, Jordan enjoys weightlifting, running, and unwinding by watching the New York Yankees (the family dog’s name is Jeter). Jordan was also a member of the Leadership Louisville Class of 2022 and is an active parishioner at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
